About IntegraVet

UFV — Viçosa — Minas Gerais, Brazil

IntegraVet is an academic and scientific event created to bring together and strengthen the whole community of the Veterinary Department at the Federal University of Viçosa (UFV). It grew out of three initiatives of great relevance to the programme — the Academic Week, the Veterinary Medicine Research Symposium and the traditional CopaVet — gathering teaching, science, outreach and student life into a single schedule.

More than a technical meeting, IntegraVet is a celebration of veterinary medicine, offering a space for learning, exchanging experiences and valuing the profession. The event promotes scientific updating and the personal and professional development of students, lecturers, researchers and veterinarians.

The programme is diverse, with short courses, lectures, round tables and interactive activities covering the most current topics in contemporary veterinary medicine, led by renowned professionals and specialists.

Alongside its scientific character, IntegraVet also stands out for its cultural and sporting side, with the traditional CopaVet — a friendly competition that builds team spirit and camaraderie among participants.

The event is organised by the Veterinary Department of the Federal University of Viçosa, across its undergraduate, residency and postgraduate programmes.
